The Bell Inn is a charming Inn combined with accommodation situated in Brook, The New Forest.

The Bell Inn required an EPOS system that could provide them with a more advanced system offering more features and functions. The new system also had to link with their PMS system, Avon Data, to manage their accommodation.

What we did

Three POS terminals were installed onsite, to cover the needs of both the accommodation as well as the Inn. A Back Office software was installed to provide in depth reporting as well as provide stock management. The link with Avon Data, ensured that the customers transactions were sent directly to Avon Data and added onto their room account.
