Q: Will purchase orders be posted to the accounts software?

Yes, once goods are delivered and the invoice is approved the order will be posted to the accounts software.

Q: Do I have to re-enter my nominal account codes?

No, all codes are synced automatically with the accounts software.

Q: Do I have to control stock in Sage 50?

No, we have our own back office accounts which replaces Sage stock management and offers enhanced stock control. All financial data would still be managed in Sage.

Q: Can I sync my customer accounts?

Yes, all customer accounts are synced automatically and made available at the till point for charging account where required.

Q: What if a customer is on hold?

Any customer who is on hold or over their account limit won't be allowed to charge to account from the till point.

Q: Can I create colour and size variants?

Yes, using back office accounts you can create variants of an item from a single stock record, including individual cost and selling prices.
