FAQ’s – Our Answers Part 2

Check out our answers to the most frequently asked questions through our EPOS installation process.

Does your EPOS system link to Xero? Here at SBS EPOS we provide a few different EPOS software’s and supply the most appropriate software to suit our customers requirements. One of the software’s we provide does link to Xero through an online back office. The link simply sends all of the sales figures into Xero at the end of each trading day.

Can I have a stock management system without buying the EPOS software? Yes, our stock control software can be sold completely separately to the EPOS software. So if you need software purely to manage your stock inventory and handle the ordering process then we have a solution for you. This integrates fully with all market leading accounts packages including: Sage 50, Sage 200, Pegasus Opera, Exchequer and Access Dimensions. If you did however want a fully integrated system with an EPOS software then we can easily link the two.

Can I use the till at the same time as someone else? Yes all of our software’s have the ability to store a transaction to free up the till for someone else to use it. The transaction can then be opened on another till if the original till is being used.

Can we trial the software? We are unable to provide you with the software to trial however we do provide online or onsite demonstrations so you can see if the software is what you desire. During this time you can ask any questions or queries you may have.
