We’re excited to announce that an exciting new software system has landed at the SBS EPOS camp and is ready for release in the New Year.
The new development, Version 3, offers features and enhancements specifically for the Museum and Visitor Attraction sectors.
Streamline GiftAid features new dynamic forms, allowing the till to only show the fields that are mandatory for GiftAid. This means that staff and volunteers will be guided through the GiftAid process with the added benefit of postcode lookup for fast and accurate data capture.
Full two-way integration allows sites to sell tickets and book events online, whilst passing ticket information to the till for validation in real-time. GiftAid can also be captured as part of the online ticket sale to speed up the transaction process.
Version 3 gives sites complete control over the sale and redemption of admissions tickets, as well as in-depth reporting options.
Sage 50 Integration
Full support has been added for Sage 50 2016, giving you peace of mind that you can upgrade your accounts package, secure in the knowledge that we are already approved.
Sell pre-defined or custom value gift cards for unlimited values and present with a branded plastic card. Gift Cards can then be traced through the system and used for full or partial payment against a transaction.
Real-time sales data is displayed in visual graph or report format and can be accessed from any web-enabled PC or mobile device. Monitor live footfall, as well as identifying trends from historic sales data.
Version 3 will help Museums and Visitor Attractions better take advantage of GiftAid, increasing revenue, whilst also achieving significant time savings.
