Your own website for customers to place their order
A website branded to your business, containing all of your products for customers to pick and order. The website is well adaptable to be used on a computer, tablet or smart phone.
Self service kiosks
Customers can serve themselves at the self service kiosk, reducing queue times and therefore customer satisfaction. Customers can place the order at the kiosk and will have the option to pay at the kiosk without the assistance of a member of staff. This order will then be sent through to the kitchen for preparation. An order number will be printed on a slip, from the kiosk, for the customer to present when the order is ready.
Delivery driver management
Orders will be allocated to available delivery drivers in the area. Order information including: customer name, address, directions and payment information will be sent to the driver. Once the driver has done their deliveries they can log into the system to alert everyone they are now available for more deliveries.
Our takeaway software links directly to our EPOS software for a completely integrated system. This gives your customers the option to either order online or in store. The takeaway system also links to your Back Office software for reporting.
