Electronic Gift Aid Capture

Prompt automatically through the Retail Till Software to capture Gift Aid information and remove the need for manual and paper based forms. Postcode lookup can be used to increase transactions times, whilst real-time reporting allows Gift Aid reports to be generated on demand for submission to HMRC.

 

Sell Tickets and Events Online

Tickets and events can be purchased online or in-store with varied pricing options for time of day, day of the week or how far they are purchased in advance. When it comes to event bookings you can check and book live online or in-store with the ability to control time slots and capacities for events.

 

Create Memberships

Upsell standard admission tickets to memberships to create a recurring revenue and offer the customer more for their money. With the option to capture customer photos and address details for validation you can protect your revenue by ensuring membership cards are not passed around friends and family to receive free entry.

Integration with Digitickets creates a branded solution which allows you to sell tickets and events through your website, face to face through our Retail Till Software or over the phone. Ticket purchases are emailed in real-time and can be validated through any till point.

 

Stock Control

Complete stock management for you retail shop with full support for colour and size variants. Purchase orders can be processed based on current stock levels or previous sales data and emailed to suppliers ready for goods receipt to ensure what has been ordered matches the deliver.

With the in-built stocking facility, you can run line checks, end of periods or full end of year stock takes with variance reporting to track discrepancies and details stock valuation reporting.

 

Cafe and Restaurant Sales

With hospitality mode, you can setup cafe style till layouts and graphical floor plans for your restaurant, allowing you to manage both sides of the business through a single stock management and retail solution.

 

Accounts System Integration

Transactions processed online and in-store are collated and sent to your accounts software to remove the need for manual administration and re-entering of data. This includes sales invoices, purchase orders and banking totals linked through to either; Sage 50, Sage 200, Pegasus Opera, Exchequer, Access Dimensions or our own Back Office Accounts.

Yes, we link to the latest Royal Mail database to ensure you never have to manually enter address details.

Q: Is it simple to run a report for Gift Aid donations?

Yes, we have created a Gift Aid report. Simply enter the date range and run the report for submission to HMRC.

Yes, we have a hospitality mode which enables you to have visual table plans and print orders to the kitchen for prep.
